Sembravano un pass part tout da lontano, un paio di zeppe da abbinare con tutto e invece provandole le ho trovate scomode.
Costo inferiore ai 40 €.
Che peccato :(

I thought this Zara heels where something great to combine with every outfit but when I went to try em on they were very uncomfortable! 

So sad, but I saved up 40 €

Money Gone For...

Mi piace scoprire nuovi marchi e questa volta è stato un vero colpo di fulmine tra me e il marchio francese Comptoir des cotonniers.

L'ho trovato alla Rinascente di Torino e l'ho subito saccheggiato! Inutile dire che il vestito sia il mio pezzo preferito e adoro i tessuti con delle trasparenze :D
I tronchetti non potevo lasciarli lì soprattutto per il loro tacco largo e per la loro forma "larga" in cima.

E poi uscita di lì non contenta ho preso dalla DEA questa gonna lunga grigia sempre velata con il sotto in tessuto, un maglione basic nero da Benetton, un paio di collant da Calzedonia e i famigerati Leggings Push up. Che ammetto fanno il loro lavoro ma attenzione alla taglia che vestono molto stretto!

Allora cosa ne pensate? Conoscevate il marchio Comptoir des cotonniers?

I love to discover new brands and this time I've fallen in love with a french one called Comptoir des cotonniers. I've found it at La Rinascente of Torino and I looted the store! Of course my fav item is the polka dots dress and everything with some transparency always wins my hear :D

After that, as it wasn't enough, I bought this grey long skirt at La DEA, a basic black sweater from Benetton, a pair of tights and the famous Legging Push up from Calzedonia. Watch out for this one coz they fit very small!

So what do you think of my buys? Did you know the brand Comptoir des cotonniers?

25-08 Money Gone For...

Ho fatto un rifornimento di ingredienti fondamentali per combattere il caldo estivo:
- mascara waterproof : le mia ciglia devono resistere;
- salviette struccanti in formato mini : da avere sempre con sè per dei ritocchini;
- crema mani : per cercare di averla vinta sulle cuticole (impresa assai ardua per me *sigh* ).

E infine un po' di nuovi arrivi che ho preso da Tezenis. Giuro che per quanto strambe possano sembrare questi leggings io li indosserò perché la stampa stile atzeco mi piace un sacco!
Il top nero è molto versatile ma ancora un po' troppo spesso per il caldo di questi giorni...

I went to refurnish some of the supplies that I need in order to fight this heat. So here them are:
- waterproof mascara: cause nothing can compromise my eyelashes;
- make-up remover wipes in a small size: for last minute touch-ups;
- hand cream: to try to win over the cuticles (something that does bother me *sigh* ).

And finally some new in from Tezenis. I swear that no matter how weird they may seem I want to wear this leggings because I was in love with the Aztec print for a long time! The black top is easy to pair but unfortunately it's still a bit too heavy for this summer heat.
Do you approve my purchases?

4-02 Money gone For...

Ecco finalmente entro da Zara per i saldi. Un po' meno di un mese dopo il loro inizio di veri affari neanche l'ombra! Solo io mi ricordo dei tempi in cui anche a febbraio si potevano fare ottimi affari?
Poi inutile cercare di giustificarmi, io quando entro in un negozio difficilmente riesco a prestare attenzione a tutti i cartelli che dividono la roba in saldo da quella non. Certo una pila di scarpe spaiate o cardigan la noto subito, ma per il resto il mio sguardo si concentra soprattutto su quello che voglio provare.
E dopo un paio di cose ecco che alla cassa porto le uniche "creature" sopravvissute e solo allora mi rendo conto che l'unico capo in saldo che mi piace veramente è una basic tee bianca! Tutto il resto è già nuova collezione.
Vabbé.
E si la maglia stellata si apre fino in fondo ✌.
Voi come affrontate queste situazioni? Sono l'unica a cui capita? Dove fate affari?

After less then a month from the beginning of sales I was able to go looking for something at Zara. Sadly all the great deals seemed to have vanished! Am I the only one who once was able to find great deals in february too?
Then I cannot find the right explanation for this but when I get inside a big shop I find very hard to focus on where is the stuff on sale located from where the new collection is. I do spot the huge pile of un-matching shoes but other than that I'm all focused on the garments. So after grabbing some stuff and after the time spent in the changing room I was left with only one item on sale: a white basic tee. All the others where from the new collection and I had to bring them home!
Never mind the good intentions.
Oh yes the star-tee does open all the way down ✌.
How do you behave in these situations? Where do you get great deals?

27-10 Money Gone For...

Un nuovo portafoglio! 

Ok è più paragonabile ad una cabina armadio portatile ma ha tutto lo spazio di cui io ho bisogno! Molto pratico e maneggevole. Il lato positivo di un portafoglio così grosso è che mettendo le mani alla cieca nella borsa lo trovo subito... però occupa molto spazio!
Inoltre è la prima volta che compro qualcosa del marchio Lui Jo.

A brand new wallet!

I see that it's more likely to be called a huge wallet but it has all the space that I need. It's very practical and has lots of pockets and a zip! I can easily find it in my bag but it won't fit in all my smaller bags!

Actually it's the first time I buy something from the brand Lui Jo.
